Orders arriving before August 29, 2025 – No change, they will follow the current rules (no extra duties/taxes under $800).

Orders arriving after August 29, 2025 – All packages, regardless of value, may be subject to taxes and duties as per U.S. Customs regulations.

Our Next Steps:

To protect our customers’ interests, TheVitalHero will hold all orders placed after August 22, 2025 until the new rules are clarified.

We will not process shipments between August 22–31, 2025 to avoid delays, confusion, or unexpected costs for you.

Once customs procedures become clear, we recommend placing new orders in early September 2025 for a smoother experience.
